Gravity alternators are alleged to be an advanced technology of the templar race, capable of adjusting the trajectory of a planet-sized body.
Origin
If the Templars possess such a technology, no evidence has ever been forthcoming. Given their technological superiority, rumours and speculation regarding their advanced weapons' capability abound, but the Templars make a point of neither denying nor confirming the existence of even the most unlikely ideas.
