Infiltration drones are a cyborg technology designed for covert information gathering.

Origin

Since cyborgs are generally unwelcome in Assembly space, in order to gain intelligence they must imply covert methods of data gathering. While infiltrator animates do exist, it is often simpler and safer to deploy and information-gathering drone to amass large-scale data. Infinitely customisable and relatively straightforward to reprogram, such drones are worth a fortune on the black market.
